The after school program for students in grades kindergarten- grade 2 will be run by the YMCA beginning July 2019. YMCA onsite After school at Alston Ridge Elementary is a safe, fun alternative to hanging out at home each afternoon! This program is available for students in Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade. Held at Alston Ridge Elementary School, campers’ afternoons are filled with gym and field games, arts & crafts, a quiet place to read, assemblies, and much more! The program runs from school dismissal until 6 p.m. each school day. |

Please note that applications need to be in paper form and NOT emailed, scanned, copied or PDF. Make sure you have all Student ID numbers on the application and a valid email address listed. Receipts will be sent to the email on file, no paper receipts will be provided unless requested. Pricing: BEFORE SCHOOL ONLY (EAP)– One time Registration of $15. 9 payments of 94.65 AFTER SCHOOL ONLY Grades 3-5 (ASP) –One time Registration of $15. 9 payments of 108.17 All payments cover a 20 day period for each track and each track will have different due dates (9 per school year). You do not pay for when your child is tracked out and workdays are NOT included in this program. Payment dates may fall just before track out or just after a child's return from track out, but will not fall on dates that your child is tracked out. The program accepts checks or money orders for payments, as well as online payments. Online payments may be accessed after the first payment is made via check or money order and there is a small convenience fee. No cash will be accepted. |
Schedule & Snack
A healthy snack and drink will be provided in the After School Program. You are also welcome to send in snacks of your own (no more than 1 per child). The After School program will adhere to any health information that is listed in a health care plan but is unable to provide an alternative snack due to allergies. If your child has allergies and cannot have the provided snack, please send them in with one.
Students enrolled in before and after school care will be offered a variety of cooperative activities, as well as structured and unstructured physical activities.
